Abstract<\/h2>\n

Despite the potential benefits of remote cognitive assessment for dementia, it is not appropriate for all clinical encounters. Our aim was to develop guidance on determining a patient\u2019s suitability for comprehensive remote cognitive diagnostic assessment for dementia. A multidisciplinary expert workgroup was convened under the auspices of the Canadian Consortium on Neurodegeneration in Aging. We applied the Delphi method to determine \u2018red flags\u2019 for remote cognitive assessment of dementia. This resulted in 14 red flags that met the predetermined consensus criteria. We then developed a novel clinical decision-making infographic that integrated these findings to support multidisciplinary clinicians in determining a patient\u2019s readiness to undergo comprehensive remote cognitive assessment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":14,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"studies-relation":[],"class_list":["post-16535","ccna_publication","type-ccna_publication","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\nRed flags for remote cognitive diagnostic assessment: A Delphi expert consensus study by the Canadian Consortium on Neurodegeneration in Aging -
