Qui plus est, la m\u00eame tendance se retrouvait chez les femmes et les hommes sans d\u00e9mence.<\/p>\n<p>Leur analyse souligne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019intensifier la recherche sur les raisons expliquant les diff\u00e9rences observ\u00e9es qui peuvent \u00eatre dues \u00e0 des diff\u00e9rences biologiques entre les sexes, ainsi que des diff\u00e9rences dans les r\u00f4les et les relations entre les hommes et les femmes. Des \u00e9tudes longitudinales sont aussi n\u00e9cessaires pour estimer l\u2019incidence des diff\u00e9rences entre les sexes dans l\u2019arr\u00eat de la conduite automobile des participants qui ont subi des \u00e9valuations diagnostiques en tenant compte de la pr\u00e9sence ou non de d\u00e9mence. Ces \u00e9tudes longitudinales devraient aussi comparer l\u2019arr\u00eat de la conduite dans des r\u00e9gions comportant diff\u00e9rentes densit\u00e9s de population et diff\u00e9rents moyens de transport, expliquent les chercheurs.<\/p>\n<p>Surtout, leurs r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9montrent que les diff\u00e9rences de sexe et de genre peuvent avoir des cons\u00e9quences importantes sur le soutien offert aux conducteurs atteints de d\u00e9mence avant et apr\u00e8s l\u2019arr\u00eat de la conduite automobile.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":19,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"studies-relation":[],"class_list":["post-4049","ccna_publication","type-ccna_publication","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Meta-analysis of Driving Cessation and Dementia: Does Sex Matter?
