We performed the prevalence and comprehensive biomarker evaluation.<\/p>\n<section>\n<p class=\"sectionTitle\" tabindex=\"0\">RESULTS:\u00a0The prevalence of rpAD was 17.6% in mild AD. Compared with non-rpAD, there were no differences in\u00a0<em>APOE<\/em>\u03b54\/\u03b54,\u00a0<em>APOE<\/em>\u00a0\u03b53\/\u03b54, and\u00a0<em>APOE<\/em>\u00a0\u03b52\/\u03b54 genotype distribution, cerebrospinal fluid tau, phosphorylated tau (p-tau), amyloid-\u03b2, hippocampus volume, and amyloid deposition in rpAD. Yet, a lower p-tau\/tau ratio was observed in rpAD (<em>P<\/em>\u00a0=\u00a0.04). rpAD showed region-specific hypometabolism ([18F]fluorodeoxyglucose-positron emission tomography [FDG-PET]) (<em>P<\/em>\u00a0=\u00a0.001). Receiver-operating characteristic analysis of FDG-PET demonstrated that left angular and left temporal cortices were the regions with higher area under the curve and predictive value for identifying clinical at-risk rpAD.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<div class=\"content\">\n<section>DISCUSSION: We identified that rpAD commonly existed in mild AD.
