CCNA’s research in Phase II aims to strengthen the understanding of:

  • How neurodegenerative diseases develop
  • Ways of slowing Dementia progression and eventually preventing it altogether
  • Dementia’s impact on the individual, families, and the community as a whole

It is a large scale clinical study aiming to understand dementia risk factors and tests of early detection of dementia. Interested participants may contact us here: ccna.admin@ladydavis.ca.

Seven national platforms were established to facilitate the research.

This work builds on the research conducted at CCNA in Phase 1.
