From 0 to 100 in Remote Dementia Research: A Practical Guide

With guest speaker Megan O’Connell, Ph.D.

July 9, 2020 at 1:30 pm EDT

“During the current pandemic, we have all had to move to virtual and remote methods for dementia research, but this is a new and evolving area. Megan O’Connell will discuss a working paper by Drs O’Connell, McGilton, Vellani, O’Rourke, & Robertson detailing how to move your dementia research from in-person to remote. We infuse the relevant literature with our experiences to create a practical guide that will allow you to go from 0 to 100 in remote dementia research.”

Megan E. O’Connell, Ph.D., R.D.Psych., is Clinical Psychologist, Neuropsychology Team, Rural and Remote Memory Clinic, Associate Professor, Department of Psychology at University of Saskatchewan, Associate Member, Canadian Centre for Health and Safety in Agriculture, Medicine and Co-Lead of CCNA’s Team 15: Issues in Dementia Care for Rural Populations.
