As we mark Brain Awareness Week (March 16-22), CCNA invites you to explore two tools that can support dementia prevention.

Canada’s population is aging. With over 650,000 people currently living with a dementia diagnosis, and these numbers being expected to rise dramatically over the next few decades, Canadian researchers are working on finding ways to treat and cure dementia, to enhance the quality of life of people living with dementia, but also to raise awareness about preventing dementia.

Tips for dementia risk reduction

CCNA researchers have come up with knowledge and actions based on research on lifestyle changes that benefit brain health.
