Description: LLM’s are a hot topic as they offer the ability to assist with activities across research processes, for example in the analysis of COMPASS-ND and CTU data, or to support qualitative analyses. However, their unrivalled potential also raises many ethical, legal, and social considerations.
-
- How should the CCNA community respond? Should researchers use LLM’s or avoid them?
- How might we balance risks and benefits?
- Do we need guiding policies?
- What impact might their use have on the integrity of research?
- This 90-minute panel session will explore responses to these questions offered by panelists from across the research community.
